Timeline
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once packed and dispatched, your Moglea products make their way to you via the below delivery methods:

UPS Ground
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Next Day Air Saver
USPS Priority Mail Express

Please reach out immediately via email. A member of our team will be able to help you arrange the proper shipping (adjusting shipping on your order if necessary) to receive your order on the date you request. Please remember that once the order is en route, the timing of receipt is dependent upon the carrier. We only use UPS or FedEx for time-sensitive shipments.

International Shipping
For International shipments, shipping costs depend on where you live and the method chosen at checkout. International orders are subject to the duties and customs fees that are specific to your home country.

All shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs Fees
The customs fees are outside our control and are not included within the shipping fees, as these fees are governed by the country of the receiver. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not willing to refund the handling charges or customs fees. If you choose not to accept an item, You may simply let the carrier know that you don’t want to receive this item and return it to the sender. Upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the item less shipping fees.
