We often offer free ground shipping over a certain order amount. This applies to shipments in the USA only.
We do ship internationally. For International shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on location and the method chosen at checkout. International orders may incur additional customs and import fees which are not included in shipping costs. These fees are governed by the country of the receiver, and all charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees. In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
Our hand-painted cloth notebooks are available in seven sizes: Tiny, Mini, Slim, Small A6, Medium A5, Composition B5, & Sketchbook.
Personalization
Our personalizations are done by hand, in-house at our production studio in Des Moines, Iowa. We offer three font choices, Serif 1, Serif 2 and Sans-Serif. Sketchbooks, B5, A5 and A6 notebooks will have their personalizations placed 0.5 inches from the bottom of the cover. Slim, mini and tiny notebooks will have their personalization placed 0.5 inches from the top of the elastic closure.
All personalizations are limited to 10 characters and must be characters A-Z. Personalizations are caps and we do not offer punctuation. Turn around is currently 3-4 days, and all personalized sales are final.
